Freakishly well written, storyline like pollen to a bee, characters that live on in my imagination - and also sneakily agitated my little grey cells trying to grasp the dynamics of the situation and the relationship between all the characters. If you only get a chance to read one good story this month, make it this one!

I thought this was going to be a tired worn out plot- but it was a refreshing change. Brilliantly written, I loved the power switch between the characters. No spoilers but it's a powerful erotic journey- book 1 & 2 is a must to appreciate the full impact. Defo reading more from F Brandon.

This is dark romance at its finest. I personally would not want a Jared in my life but Felicity somehow makes him attractive and maybe even forgivable with time. This is what this author is so good at. Pulling my emotions to the surface, making me vacillate between an extreme of angst to a feeling of sympathy. I really wanted to hate Jared but couldn’t when all was said and done. That’s why I hope that eventually this story continues. I think there’s more to tell.
