5 Fact Thursday - Five facts about Vampires
Vampires are known for their charisma and charm. But how much do you know about them? Enjoy my five facts and feel free to add more.
1. Vampires appear in the bible - sort of.
Leviticus 17:10-14 says -
“If any one of the house of Israel or of the strangers who sojourn among them eats any blood, I will set my face against that person who eats blood and will cut him off from among his people. For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it for you on the altar to make atonement for your souls, for it is the blood that makes atonement by the life. Therefore I have said to the people of Israel, No person among you shall eat blood, neither shall any stranger who sojourns among you eat blood. “Any one also of the people of Israel, or of the strangers who sojourn among them, who takes in hunting any beast or bird that may be eaten shall pour out its blood and cover it with earth. For the life of every creature is its blood: its blood is its life. Therefore I have said to the people of Israel, You shall not eat the blood of any creature, for the life of every creature is its blood. Whoever eats it shall be cut off.
2 Vampires are usually pale skinned (But maybe not sparkly) And Yes, they made a film about Edward Cullan and Bells Swan.
3 Judas Iscariat - the man who betrayed Jesus - couldn't live with his actions and hung himelf. One pseudo releigious book - says that God brought him back to life but cursed him into sufferind in sunlight, an intolarance of silver, a fear of the crucifix, and a thirst for human blood.
4. Vampires can't enter a house they aren't invited into.
5. There are probably more vampires in Slavic countries and China. Why? Their myths say the might become a vampire if o In Slavic and Chinese stories, any corpse that was jumped over by an animal might become a vampire, as might any body with a wound that had not been treated with boiling water. I wouldn't be up for that!!!!
I've written a few vampire romances but my best selling is Claimed as theirs.
When she is captured and thrown into a cage filled with ravenous vampires, Gwen assumes she will be devoured. But among the horde is a huge, terrifyingly powerful berserker who has other plans for her. She will belong not only to him, but to all of the vampires of his triad, and her beautiful body will be theirs to use and enjoy as thoroughly and shamefully as they please.
Gwen soon learns that her new masters will demand obedience from their little human, and it isn't long before her defiance has earned her a painful, humiliating spanking. But even with tears still running down her blushing cheeks, her helpless arousal cannot be denied, and as she is claimed and ravaged again and again her pleas for mercy are soon lost amid her cries of pleasure.
Publisher's Note:Claimed as Theirs is a stand-alone novel set in the same world as Taken as Theirs. It includes spankings and rough, intense sexual scenes. If such material offends you, please don't buy this book.
